materials and processes
1. The shell is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the interior is made of aluminum alloy or phenolic resin material with good drillability. The valve body can be made of copper rod, aluminum rod or rubber/nylon material, which balances wear resistance and temperature resistance.
2. Partial models are filled with high-strength G-grade cement, balancing sealing and drillability.
3. Anti rotation design (such as anti rotation flower heads) combined with rubber plugs to improve drilling efficiency.
