The valve assembly of the mud pump valve body is the key component of the hydraulic end of the mud pump. The valve body assembly is composed of the valve body, valve rubber, valve nut, guide frame, gland, clamp, steel ball, etc. Valve assembly is used to remove seat.
According to the internal hole form of the seat, the valve assembly can be divided into hole valves, three-ribbed valves and four-ribbed valves. The valve body and seat of mud pump are carburized and quenched by 2ocrmnti steel. The surface hardness is greater than hrc60. The surface of the cone is ground to ensure high roughness requirements and geometry.
