Coupling

API coupling is a short pipe or tube with threads on both ends, used to connect casing and tubing. It is also called OCTG coupling, usually seamless pipe. 1.Grade :J55,K55,N80,L80,P110. 2.Advantages: Easy to repair and replace damaged pipes 3.Usage:An internally threaded barrel that connects two sections of threaded pipe.

Pup joint

The pup joint are used to adjust the height of full length tubing or casing strings, they are also used to adjust the depth of dowmhole tools. (Standard:API Spec 5ct). 1.Grade :J55,K55,N80,L80,P110 2.Application: Tubing is used to extracting petroleum and natrual gas from a well. 3.Usage: oil pipeline, oil natural gas, industrial gas, water transportation.

Crossover subs

1.Cross over subs act as an intermediary between two dissimilar threads and are used to connect the two. There are some other uses for cross over subs as well. A crossover sub can be used to protect other tooling in your drill string.

Oil country drill pipe

Drill pipe is heavy seamless tube that rotates the drill bit and circulates drilling fluid. Pipe segments 30 ft (9m) long are
coupled with tool joints. Drill pipe is simultaneously subjected to high torque by drilling, axial tension by its dead weight, and internal pressure by purging of drilling fluid. Additionally, alternating bending loads due to non-vertical or deflected drilling may be superimposed on these basic loading patterns.

Casing Pipe Manufacturing Process:

Steel ingot heating → hydraulic punching → reheating → extension → periodic rolling → reheating → sizing → cooling → straightening→ pipe cutting → inspection.
1. An annular heating furnace is required for ingot heating;
2. Punching and reheating with hydraulic press;
3. The oil casing plant uses a two-roller guide plate extension machine for extension;
4. Re-use a disc heating furnace for periodic rolling, and use a non-entry furnace for reheating, cooling, straightening, pipe
cutting, and inspection.
